Southern Health
KPI Dashboard
This project was to build live dashboards for one category of KPI’s for Southern Health. This is to form part of a larger set of executive level dashboards. All KPI’s and reports are in line with government based requirements around quality and control of the health sector.
NSW Health
SAP Business Objects Report Development
BCS designed a reporting architecture for NSW Health:
- Operational Information (information used for providing care) is obtained from a source system;
- Tactical Information (used for Managing / Running the business) is obtained from the Operational Data Store; and
- Strategic Information (used for improving the business) is obtained from a Data Warehouse.
BCS Technology was engaged to design and develop a Microsoft SSIS components using Microsoft .NET platform and Microsoft SQL Server.
SMS and BCS Technology collaborated on this project to deploy their revised Business Objects Universe implementation. Amongst many improvements were greater search functionality and stakeholder reporting, including ad-hoc reporting.
BCS Technology conducted user training on the new Business Objects Universe to train the users on creating new reports using SAP Business Objects.
